Shipping policy

I ship non-holiday Monday through Wednesday and Saturdays to prevent your package from being stuck in the post office on weekends. All plants are sent using USPS Priority Mail. Once USPS is in possession of your box, I have no control over the shipments and arrival times. I make certain to package every Hoya extremely carefully with extra padding material for safe delivery. However, there are no guarantees against damage caused by shipping delays, carrier mishandling, or weather. Be certain to track your package and bring plants indoors immediately. Heat pack shipping warmers are available in the shop if you need to add one to your box. No refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. If the plant arrives with any issues, you must send me pictures and videos within 2 hours of delivery.  I can hold shipping due to inclement weather, please message us after your purchase.
