Care tips:
Light- Bright, indirectly light for at least 8 hours a day.
Water- Only water when substrate feels dry to the touch. Underwater is better than overwater.
Fertilizer- Weak fertilizer every 2 weeks during growing season.

All sales are final, No refunds or exchanges. Any problem you have with the package must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us with open box video proof and we will do our best to resolve your issue for you.

Shipping Stress and Cosmetic Damages:

We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in good condition. With that said, some leaf damage and plant stress should be expected, as these are live plants being shipped in a dark space and are subject to rough handling and sometimes extreme weather. This can include brown or yellow leaves, and sometimes bent leaves.  Don't worry, with a bit of TLC, your plant will bounce back and continue to grow. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your plant to adjust after shipping.

Cold Weather Protection: 

Please make sure to check the weather in your area before placing your order. If temperatures are below 50°F, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order. Keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by cold temperatures. Orders placed without a heat pack will not be eligible for our claims process.
